“Punta Arabí Hippy Market”

In the 50s and 60s, many young people from all over the world settled on the island of Ibiza, in order to try to escape the political and economic situation in their countries of origin. They were looking for a place where they could live freely, fundamentally with more freedom of thought. This is how over time the island grew as a destination for young hippies from all over the world. They usually lived in communities, or in remote country houses. They made the island their home, thanks to the tranquility, the climate and the beauty of the place.
